It seems summer has officially arrived, and now that the warm weather is here it's time for the Erie St. Clair service delivery centre team to have some fun! This year’s Summertime Walk is guaranteed to be FUN – and what’s fun without giving back to those most in need? For those people who are experiencing homelessness and structural vulnerability, even the warm days of summer can be a difficult time. Those we support and care for through the Foundation's charitable programs and our annual Saint Elizabeth Walk are always so grateful for the generosity shown to them. We're excited to gather again this year and come together to help those most in need.
Your donation to this year’s Walk will help to make a real impact on the lives of those we serve at Journey Home Hospice Windsor. By donating to the 2025 ESC Summertime Fun Walk, you can sponsor one of the following home-like experiences for our patients:
$5- homemade sweet treats for patients
$10- freshly prepared meal
$15- sponsor Netflix or Spotify for a month
$20- sponsor a wellness program like gentle exercise or chair yoga
$35- a full day of meals and treats
$50- music or art therapy sessions for patients
Please note that the Saint Elizabeth Foundation is only able to accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. American Express and Visa/MasterCard Debit are not accepted. Thank you!
